The answers

  1. How do I buy a publication? [back to top of page]

First use the online catalogue to find the publication you want. If the publication is currently available there will be a link saying 'ADD TO BASKET'. Click on that link to add the book to your electronic shopping basket. You will have the opportunity to change your mind and discard the publication later.
Once you have finished adding publicationss to your basket, select the country to which the books are to be delivered. This enables the basket to calculate the correct delivery and tax charges.

Please note that online ordering is now available for customers in most countries around the world (please see this list). If you wish to proceed with the purchase as stated, click on the 'Proceed' button. In order to use our online ordering system you will need to register with our site; if you have not used the service before you can do so at this stage. If you have already registered, use your email address and password to log-on; we will then present the address details that we currently hold for you. You may amend these by over-typing them. If your delivery address is not the same as your billing address, select the checkbox shown and you will be able to enter a different delivery address.

You will then be asked for your credit card details and shown the amount that will be charged to your credit card, including delivery costs. Only when you click on 'Buy Now' will the order be placed and the amount shown charged to your card.

  2. The publication I want does not have an ADD TO BASKET button. Can I place an order for it? [back to top of page]

If there is no ADD TO BASKET button, the title is not currently available from stock. This category includes titles that are not yet published, are temporarily out of stock and have a reprint pending, or where stock is not normally held in our own warehouse. For the time being you cannot order such titles from us online.
