Technical Issues
1: Installation on Gateway computers
The Oxford ORS comes as part of the software supplied with certain Gateway computers. To install the ORS on the Gateway computer, go to START | RUN... type in V:\SETUP.EXE and click OK.

2: Fonts appear unreadable, in Greek or as boxes
Problems displaying fonts usually happen because the fonts have become corrupted, damaged, or are simply missing from the computer.
To correct this problem in MacOS:
Delete the fonts listed below from the FONTS folder in the SYSTEM folder. Restart the Mac, and copy the 8 fonts from the ORS FONTS folder on the installation disk.

To correct this problem in WINDOWS:
Delete the ORS fonts from the computer using the FONTS Control panel (see list below). Check also that none of these fonts are found in the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM folder, deleting them if necessary, then restart the computer. The ORS will automatically default to another font installed on the system.
