1. Unable to copy and paste text whilst the OSDv2 is openWhilst the OSDv2 is open, the Watch clipboard and respond to double-clicks feature
will take anything copied to the Windows Clipboard and try to search on it. This means that if
you have the OSDv2 open in the background whilst trying to edit a document, each time you
use the Ctrl C keyboard shortcut, or the COPY menu item, the OSDv2 will try to search for
the word or phrase you are copying. This is only a problem when there is more than one entry in
the OSDv2 for the word it is trying to search for. When this happens the OSDv2
brings up a small window showing the list of possible choices for that particular word. It is this
window that prevents any further clipboard activity because the OSDv2 is waiting for a
response, i.e. waiting for a word from the list to be selected so it can complete the search.
 To get around this problem it is best to switch the Watch clipboard and respond to
double-clicks feature off using the OPTIONS button. Words can still be searched for within the
OSDv2 by right-clicking on the search box and selecting PASTE from the menu, to paste text
straight into the OSDv2.
2. Unable to TAB between Advanced search fieldsWhen using the Advanced search option, the use of the TAB key to skip from one search box to
another sometimes results in the Adobe Acrobat Help file being opened. This problem has been
corrected with the patch OSD_TAB.ZIP. Download the patch and
extract the file OSD.EXE to the location C:\PROGRAM FILES\OSD\ replacing the existing file. 3. Unable to enter accented characters or use the accent paletteThis problem occurs when the language setting for non-Unicode programs is set to a language containing non-Western characters,
such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian etc. It is possible to change this language setting by going the START | CONTROL PANEL
| REGIONAL AND LANGUAGE OPTIONS icon | ADVANCED tab, but changing this setting may affect the use of other programs on the
computer.
