2: Unable to see the data or the images in Windows 2000

This problem occurs when the user trying to run the REAMS program has different or less permissions than that of the user performing the installation. For example, if an Administrator has installed REAMS on the computer, when a user with PowerUser permissions attempts to open the program the following error message may appear, and the data and images will be blank.

“Error opening files: Network initialization failed. Permission denied”
It is recommended that in order to view all the data and images, the user should have local Administrator permissions.
