The Law Teacher of the Year Award was conceived in 2004 to promote the importance of teachers and teaching and in doing so to recognize the vital role that teachers play in the education of tomorrow's lawyers, and to give good teachers the recognition they deserve.

Oxford University Press continues to be the sole sponsor of the 2010 award, and is delighted to continue its partnership with of the UK Centre for Legal Education (UKCLE) in supporting this distinguished award.
