Version 2.0 and 3.0 - Authentication Drivers

OEDv2.0 on Windows Me only
With the OED already installed in the normal way, download the following file 3_21_050.zip.

Before starting, make sure that Windows has the folder options set to show all files. This can normally be found in MY COMPUTER, go to the TOOLS menu, then FOLDER OPTIONS... Click on the VIEW tab, and check the option SHOW HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS.

Extract the files from 3_21_050.ZIP to a temporary folder using WinZip. From the temporary folder copy all 20 files to the OED installation folder on the hard disk, (usually C:\PROGRAM FILES\OED\OED CD V2\BIN) overwriting any existing files. Restart the machine and try starting the OED program.

OEDv2.0 and OEDv3.0 on all other versions of Windows
With the OED already installed in the normal way, download the following file 3_28_000.ZIP which contains the latest drivers for the authentication software.

Extract the files from 3_28_000.ZIP to a temporary folder using WinZip, with the USE FOLDERNAMES option checked on. From the temporary folder, run CDSETUP.EXE and click the INSTALL button. When the setup has completed successfully click EXIT. Restart your computer and try opening the OED program.
