Technical Issues
1: Error message - ISISNT 30 caused a General Protection Fault
This error occurs during installation if the computer has an IntelliMouse or Wheel mouseinstalled. To resolve this problem, use the steps below to disable the IntelliMouse software before performing the installation. Once the installation has completed successfully, theIntelliMouse may be enabled again by restarting the computer.

Press <Ctrl>+<Alt>+<Del> once, this should bring up the CLOSE PROGRAM box

Select the item in the list called MSWHEEL or POINT32, choose the END TASK button. Wait a few seconds. If a confirmation message appears, choose END TASK again

2: Problems installing the C-Dilla software on newer versions of Windows
Download an upgrade to the C-Dilla drivers CDFR251.ZIP. Extract the files to a temporary folder using Winzip, with the USE FOLDER NAMES option checked on. Run CDSETUP.EXE and click the INSTALL button. When the setup has completed successfully click EXIT and restart the computer.

3: Error message - CDA0007 A file system error occurred...
If using Windows XP but not logged in as a Computer Administrator, the above error message may appear when trying to start the PAS program. Computer Administrator permissions are required in order to run this software.

4: Known issues with the BOOKMARKS
When the Bookmarks window is closed using the X button, the Bookmarks are not automatically saved.
If more than 3 Views are open, the Bookmarks are only available in the first view.

5: Known issues with the MEMOPAD
The PAS cannot read long filenames, so when saving Memopad files, 8 character names must be used, e.g. the file name memo1 is fine.
To print from the memopad across the whole width of the paper, the memopad window must be maximised before printing.
