The material is arranged in accordance with the Council of Europe Model Plan, dividing the whole of international law into 18 main categories with several further levels of sub-headings. This unique electronic resource contains all of the material from 1975 to 2001 (over 3500 pages of printed matter) in an easily accessible and portable format. Users can simply click on the category or sub-category of international law in which they are interested or they can type key words into a browser for instant access to all relevant material.

Internet Explorer 4.0 or later (if you do not already have the latest version of Internet Explorer, it will be installed automatically). The UKMIL data can be installed onto your hard drive or run from the CD-ROM. Installing onto the hard drive will result in faster operation but requires 10 MB of free space in addition to the 20 MB required to run the application from the CD-ROM.
