OUP offers a free on approval service for titles worth £50 or more to the following interested parties:

• legal practitioners in law firms
• legal practitioners in chambers
• in-house counsel
• academic libraries

Should you decide that the book does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us in saleable condition within 28 days.
If the book is not returned within 28 days, payment will be required in full.

Please note:
OUP law titles available on approval are only available to practitioners and academic libraries in the UK and Europe, when orders are accompanied by official letterhead.
