Welcome to Practitioner Law Publishing at OUPThe Oxford brandRequest a catalogue Market research Our books Contact details The Oxford brandOur aim is to ensure that the Oxford brand is the sign of a high quality work for the legal practitioner. Alongside our ongoing research, all of our published books are peer-reviewed. Our authors benefit from advice on content, approach and coverage and, in turn, this helps to ensure that our published works are of practical use and benefit to practitioners. Just as importantly, we aim to make Oxford University Press the first choice legal publisher for authors. Our relationship with our authors is central to our publishing activity and to the successful marketing of our books. We hope that this is reflected in the quality of new titles you see being published by Oxford University Press and in the improvements we make to new editions. We would like to thank the hundreds of practitioners who have taken the time to share their thoughts and also our authors, contributors and customers for your continued support. We are always looking for feedback on our publishing programme. Please scroll further down the page below for a list of OUP's law contact details. Our booksOf note amongst our practitioner titles are the following: Mann on the Legal Aspect of Money will publish in March 2005. This is the Sixth Edition, revised and updated by Charles Proctor, of the leading English text on the law of money. The second edition of Miller & Goldberg: Product Liability is set to become a definitive reference and provides coverage of contractual, tortious and strict liability as well as including a major new part on the conflict of laws. Blackstone's Criminal Practice 2005 has been fully revised to take account of the major legislative reforms of the last year and, in order to make this information available as soon as practicable to support the criminal practitioner we were also able to publish this edition six weeks earlier than planned. Particular thanks are due to the authors and editors for making this possible. In relation to new law we also offer practitioners a first port of call for analysis of the latest legislation through the Blackstone's Guides series. Amongst the most popular have been recent titles on the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and the Anti-Social behaviour Act 2003 and there are forthcoming titles on the Asylum and Immigration Act and the Pensions Act. Please feel free to browse the law web-site for information on more of our law titles. Contact detailsWe are always keen to hear from potential authors.
