Richard Baker
|
Born in 1972, Richard Baker studied music at Exeter College, Oxford and in the Netherlands. His extrovert and highly-charged music has been performed by many of the UK's leading ensembles, including the London Sinfonietta, the BBC Singers, the Britten Sinfonia, and the Composers Ensemble. He has also received commissions from the BBC and the Aldeburgh Festival. He is currently a Professor of Composition at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
