		Tandem was commissioned by the BBC and Making Music, and premiered by the BBC Concert Orchestra and the Kensington Symphony Orchestra at the BBC Maida Vale Studios in 2003. It will be of interest to all youth and adult orchestral societies. Chilcott has based this six-movement work on a Handel concerto, creating a vibrant and engaging piece full of contrasts and easily identifiable as Chilcott's work through its bright musical language.
