Paul Baines
Paul Baines is Senior Lecturer in Marketing at the Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University.
Paul is the author and co-author of numerous journal articles and book chapters on the use of marketing techniques in non-conventional services environments, particularly for political parties and candidates. Paul`s marketing consultancy projects include work for a number of organisations including a high-profile football club, a large aerospace maintenance company, a national charity, an advertising agency and an examination board.
Chris Fill
Chris Fill is Principal Lecturer in Marketing Management at the University of Portsmouth.
Chris is best known for his internationally recognised book Marketing Communications. He has published many research papers on marketing communications and related issues and is Senior Examiner at the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Kelly Page
Kelly Page is a Lecturer in Marketing and Strategy at Cardiff Business School.
Her research focuses on the psychology of human-technology interaction, electronic technology adoption and the evolution of electronic marketing activities. Her marketing experience is grounded on commercial marketing research and consulting contracts in electronic marketing spanning FM CGs, technology and the public sector.
